Workout 1

I survived...

It was hard & I did take take a couple breaks & try my shoes tighter (hoping not to flare up the plantar).. I did have to rest during push ups (darn tennis elbow).. At the end I was winded, red faced & tired, but I was also proud!

I'm writing this from bed.. Really tired & starting to get sore. I've put on some compression socks (yes, at 27 years old) hoping to keep some of the soreness at bay.

I was spot on with my tracking today & even enjoyed some tea & a few nilla wafers (tracked those too!) while watching Parenthood..

I didn't start made to crave yet.. I will tomorrow. Rome wasn't built in a day!
